Every tweak we stand behind, tiered from in-game settings to BIOS: exact steps, exact undo, an evidence label on every claim, and a list of popular tweaks we deliberately refuse to recommend. You do the steps by hand and skip what you do not like.

Download a read-only script, run it, get an anonymized snapshot of the settings that matter (refresh rates, power limits, recording, drivers, and more). Share the result in the community for a machine-specific report - it contains no serials, no names, no addresses.
